Job Description
Associate Recruiter helping Treeswift in hiring efforts while ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Coordinating logistics and contributing to recruiting practices in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Lead Tech Recruiter and broader recruiting efforts across active searches
- Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and recruiting logistics across multiple hiring processes and stakeholders
- Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the interview process
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or a coordination-heavy role
- Comfortable keeping candidates engaged through the process
- Interest in recruiting and a desire to grow into more ownership over time
