Job Description
AVP, Pre-Access at Ensemble Health responsible for insurance verification and operational efficiency. Leading strategies to enhance patient experience through innovative healthcare solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all core insurance verification and authorization work
- Accountable for onboarding all diagnostic and surgical service lines to EIQ Clear
- Identify and implement strategies to improve processes
- Promote operational efficiency and enhance patient experience
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Lead and participate in modernizing Pre-Access functions
- Organize functions with clear accountabilities and responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an effective leadership team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- 5+ years of Revenue Cycle, Patient Access or Pre Access experience
- Demonstrated advanced usage of AI
- Experience in healthcare provider finance operations or similar service environment required
- Strong executive presence
- Demonstrated experience implementing strategic initiatives
- Financial and project management experience required
- Effective communication skills with ability to clearly convey information and ideas
