Job Description
Bilingual Call Center Representative answering member inquiries for healthcare services via phone. Providing customer support and resolving requests in a CRM system.
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone calls using an automated system and respond to basic to moderately complex member questions
- Research member calls/inquiries and respond according to service level agreements (SLAs)
- Document calls in a customer relationship management (CRM) ticketing solution
- Resolve member requests/inquiries and update CRM history with results
- Conduct outbound calls to members in response to customer direction or business needs
Requirements:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- 6 months minimum customer service or telephone experience preferred.
- Experience with computer software and telephone technology
- Skilled in the use of help desk software
- Business and analytical critical thinking skills
- Ability to follow oral and written directions
- Ability to navigate Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, and internet browsers
