Job Description

Case Manager managing client intake tasks and document organization in a startup. Collaborating with attorneys and paralegals while ensuring smooth case management and communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and conduct partial intake using a provided script.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain client documents.
  • Prepare cases for attorney review once all documentation is complete.
  • Utilize Best Case software for case management.
  • Manage approximately 50–70 calls per month, depending on advertising volume.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure timely case progression.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up with clients as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • 1+ years of experience in legal or customer service
  • Proficiency in Best Case software
  • Ability to manage high call volumes
