Job Description
Bilingual Spanish representative handling healthcare and insurance customer calls and chats for TEKsystems. Assisting with accounts, eligibility, plan options, and enrollment support remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and chat inquiries in both English and Spanish
- Assist customers with account creation, password resets, and document uploads
- Answer general questions and help customers manage their accounts
- Verify eligibility for coverage and review healthcare plan options
- Accurately document customer interactions and input data into internal systems
- Troubleshoot basic issues and provide timely resolutions
- Follow defined policies and procedures in a regulated environment
- Maintain flexibility as processes and programs evolve
- Support customers during the open enrollment period in a high-volume healthcare and insurance call center
Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Must be based in the U.S.; California, Washington, DC, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are excluded
- Open availability between 7:45 AM and 10:00 PM in the candidate’s time zone
- Experience in customer service or call center environments preferred
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Comfortable handling high call volumes and multitasking
- Ability to provide professional, helpful customer support
- Experience in healthcare or insurance is nice to have
- Background in retail or food service with strong customer-facing experience is nice to have
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office is nice to have
- Quiet, professional workspace required
- Must complete required training, testing, and certifications
