Job Description
Billing Clerk managing invoicing and billing entries. Collaborating with finance team and ensuring accuracy in financial processes for a business management consulting firm.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing billing and invoice tracking
- Encode and verify billing entries using provided formats
- Maintain accurate billing logs and support documentation for financial processes
- Coordinate with the finance team via email for clarifications
Requirements:
- Assist in managing billing and invoice tracking

- Coordinate with the finance team via email for clarifications
- Software Knowledge Preferred: Microsoft Excel (Required)
- Basic understanding of billing tools/systems
- Aderant (A significant plus)
