Job Description

Billing Clerk managing invoicing and billing entries. Collaborating with finance team and ensuring accuracy in financial processes for a business management consulting firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing billing and invoice tracking
  • Encode and verify billing entries using provided formats
  • Maintain accurate billing logs and support documentation for financial processes
  • Coordinate with the finance team via email for clarifications

Requirements:

  • Assist in managing billing and invoice tracking

  • Software Knowledge Preferred: Microsoft Excel (Required)
  • Basic understanding of billing tools/systems
  • Aderant (A significant plus)
