Job Description

Bookkeeper maintaining financial records and generating reports for Buildertrend. Requires buildertrend expertise and proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain projects within Buildertrend
  • Generate invoices, track payments, and prepare financial reports
  • Perform accurate receipt management and data entry
  • Ensure proper synchronization and integration between Buildertrend and QuickBooks
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements
  • Assist in month-end closing processes
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation
  • Coordinate with the client regarding project costs, budgets, and updates
  • Identify discrepancies and resolve issues proactively

Requirements:

  • Experience with Buildertrend (required)
  • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks (integration experience preferred)
  • Experience in bookkeeping (AP/AR, reconciliations, reporting)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience working with US-based clients is a plus
