Job Description

Bookkeeper/Finance Manager at startup performance advertising agency managing finances and leading financial strategies. Looking for a motivated individual who wants to grow with the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of financial management for the agency
  • Implement and refine client billing practices
  • Engage in strategic financial planning
  • Facilitate the integration and optimization of technology stack for financial processes
  • Manage and allocate expenses accurately
  • Provide regular, detailed financial reports and insights
  • Contribute to the agency’s strategic growth

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in financial management within an ad agency
  • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online, and Google Sheets
  • Strong background in tax preparation, compliance, and ideally international taxation
  • Excellent leadership qualities with the potential to grow into a CFO role
  • Effective communication skills, fluent in English, with French proficiency considered a plus
  • Ability to work independently, managing time effectively across different time zones
