Job Description
Bookkeeper managing bookkeeping, reconciliations, ledgers, and financial reporting for property clients. Fully remote role open across Latin America.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full bookkeeping cycle for ~40 client accounts
- Prepare financial reports for multiple properties
- Code charges, reconcile invoices, and maintain client, tenant, and vendor ledgers
- Support reporting, regulatory, and compliance requirements
- Communicate financial information clearly to property owners, tenants, vendors, and employees
Requirements:
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Strong AP/AR experience
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and AppFolio
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
