Job Description
Remote Bookkeeper supporting U.S.-based businesses with accurate financial reporting and record management. Seeking detail-oriented candidates with QuickBooks experience for long-term opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor bills and client invoices
- Track payments and reconcile bank statements
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records
- Flag discrepancies or duplicate charges
- Track payroll data using assigned systems
- Ensure accurate and timely submissions
- Monitor expense reimbursements
- Reconcile accounts in QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial summaries
- Identify errors, gaps, or anomalies before final reporting
- Maintain clean ledgers and documentation
- Review recurring expenses and subscriptions
- Support cost-efficiency efforts
Requirements:
- Degree passer (Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred)
- Proven experience using QuickBooks Online (required)
- Minimum 2+ years bookkeeping experience
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Organized and able to manage multiple financial tasks
- Based in the Philippines
- Reliable laptop/PC and stable internet connection
- Available full-time (40 hours per week)
