Job Description

Remote Bookkeeper supporting U.S.-based businesses with accurate financial reporting and record management. Seeking detail-oriented candidates with QuickBooks experience for long-term opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage vendor bills and client invoices
  • Track payments and reconcile bank statements
  • Maintain organized and accurate financial records
  • Flag discrepancies or duplicate charges
  • Track payroll data using assigned systems
  • Ensure accurate and timely submissions
  • Monitor expense reimbursements
  • Reconcile accounts in QuickBooks Online
  • Prepare monthly financial summaries
  • Identify errors, gaps, or anomalies before final reporting
  • Maintain clean ledgers and documentation
  • Review recurring expenses and subscriptions
  • Support cost-efficiency efforts

Requirements:

  • Degree passer (Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred)
  • Proven experience using QuickBooks Online (required)
  • Minimum 2+ years bookkeeping experience
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal English communication
  • Organized and able to manage multiple financial tasks
  • Based in the Philippines
  • Reliable laptop/PC and stable internet connection
  • Available full-time (40 hours per week)
