Job Description
Business Architect ensuring alignment of customer needs with InnoCoDev solutions at Guidewire. Leading frameworks for co-development projects across multiple customers and markets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements definition and validation for co-development initiatives.
- Shape reusable business frameworks and solution patterns across multiple accounts.
- Act as the bridge between industry knowledge and solution design.
- Influence product direction by bringing continuous market insights into Guidewire development.
- Mentor Business Analysts, helping them grow into versatile consultants.
- Represent InnoCoDev externally as a thought partner to customers.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in P&C insurance operations, systems, or transformation
- Strong track record of business architecture, process design, or consulting
- Demonstrated ability to lead workshops with executives and shape customer decisions
- Recognized as a trusted advisor with deep industry expertise
