Job Description

Consultor de Negócios conducting sales meetings with entrepreneurs across Brazil. Responsible for client growth and achieving sales targets in a structured company.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales meetings by phone and videoconference with business owners across Brazil
  • Ensure growth of the client portfolio
  • Achieve the company's sales targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (completed)
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B sales to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Basic knowledge of business management
  • Experience with consultative selling (SPIN Selling or equivalent methodology)
  • Reside within 200 km of Campinas, São Paulo
  • Good communication skills and active listening
