Job Description
Consultor de Negócios conducting sales meetings with entrepreneurs across Brazil. Responsible for client growth and achieving sales targets in a structured company.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales meetings by phone and videoconference with business owners across Brazil
- Ensure growth of the client portfolio
- Achieve the company's sales targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (completed)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B sales to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
- Experience with CRM systems
- Basic knowledge of business management
- Experience with consultative selling (SPIN Selling or equivalent methodology)
- Reside within 200 km of Campinas, São Paulo
- Good communication skills and active listening
Benefits:
- R$ 3,000 monthly allowance
- Performance-based commissions
- Bonuses for achieving targets
- Earning potential of up to R$ 14,000 per month
