Job Description
Business Director leading Henkel’s Metal Packaging segment within Adhesive Technologies. Driving financial performance, go-to-market execution, innovation, pricing, supply chain efficiency, and customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Lead near-term planning, execution, and day-to-day performance of the Metal Packaging segment
- Manage financial performance, operational optimization, cost management, business planning, and forecasting
- Implement pricing, profitability, portfolio management, business improvement, and supply chain efficiency initiatives
- Drive go-to-market initiatives and tactics
- Deliver segment financial performance
- Drive the innovation pipeline through the ADP process
- Lead pricing, product, and portfolio management initiatives
- Plan and execute supply chain and AO activities
- Optimize freight, raw material, manufacturing, and other cost contributors
- Develop high-level customer relationships
- Implement and drive KSIs
- Manage segment initiative projects
- Work with suppliers and OEMs to create competitive advantage
- Interact daily with AE, BD, Sales, and KAM teams for the segment
- Drive customer experience for the segment
- Support Mexico and channels on segment-specific issues
