Job Description
Business Insights Analyst at TaskUs creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards for data analysis. Collaborating with teams to derive insights from data to support decision-making processes.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to track KPIs
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for decision-making
- Support automation and reporting processes using Power Automate
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data availability
- Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, or reporting roles
- Solid knowledge of Power BI and SQL
- Experience with Power Automate and ETL tools is a plus
- Strong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in BPO or startups is a plus
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1)
