Job Description
Reporting Analyst supporting Retail Store Center operations at CVS Health. Building and delivering reporting from multiple data sources for performance tracking and analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Retail Store Center operation through building and delivering reporting from multiple data sources
- Automating data extraction and reporting processing
- Design, build, test and delivery of all reports requested
- Collaborating with operational staff, vendors, and management
- Producing reports on schedule
- Building ad-hoc reporting as needed
- Adherence to security policies and internal processes
- First-line troubleshooting of reporting issues
- Providing input for process improvement
Requirements:
- 1+ year IT experience
- Knowledge of Excel data manipulation skills including macro level experience
- Knowledge of Access/relational database experience
- Experience in SQL development
- Flexibility with availability to support the call center when required
