Job Description
Trainer in Controlling & Business Intelligence specializing in Power BI and AI tools. Responsible for learner success and motivation in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the learning success and motivation of our participants
- Promote active engagement with the course content and its practical application
- Encourage group exchange about what has been learned using innovative formats
- Motivate participants and ensure a positive learning and working atmosphere
- Supervise individual work on assignments within the scope of project work
- Evaluate the project work
- Support the (further) development of the product
- Teach remotely from the home office.
Requirements:
- Several years of professional experience in Controlling & Business Intelligence (2+ years)
- Extensive knowledge in Controlling & Business Intelligence
- Degree in business administration, controlling, business informatics or other relevant fields and/or professional experience in at least one of the following areas: AI fundamentals in reporting; Business Intelligence: data analysis & visualization; Business Intelligence: forecasting & scenario planning; Business Intelligence: automating reporting & anomaly detection; understanding and evaluating processes with AI; Self-Service Business Intelligence
- Experience with the primary tool: Power BI
- Experience with the following tool desirable: Microsoft Excel
- Ability to deliberately use generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot in Excel) to support work processes
