Job Description
Trainer in Controlling & Business Intelligence specializing in Power BI and AI tools. Responsible for learner success in remote learning settings with a focus on motivation and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for participants' learning success and motivation.
- Support learners in a flipped classroom model.
- Promote active engagement with learning content and its practical application.
- Encourage group exchange about what has been learned using innovative formats.
- Supervise individual work on assignments as part of project work.
- Assess project work.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of the training product.
- Deliver training from the home office.
Requirements:
- Several years of professional experience in controlling & business intelligence (2+ years).
- Extensive knowledge in controlling & business intelligence.
- Degree in business administration, controlling, business informatics or another relevant field and/or professional experience in at least one of the following areas: AI fundamentals in reporting; Business Intelligence: data analysis & visualization; Business Intelligence: forecasting & scenario planning; Business Intelligence: automating reporting & anomaly detection; understanding & evaluating processes with AI; self-service business intelligence.
- Experience with the primary tool: Power BI.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (desired).
- Ability to use generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot in Excel) purposefully to support work processes.
- Excellent command of German as the training language (C2).
