Job Description
Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence responsible for stakeholder engagement and BI reporting at Ensemble. Requires extensive RCM experience and proficiency in SQL and Power BI.
Responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of stakeholders to identify business objectives
- Contribute ideas and solutions to complex business problems
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders
- Analyze business problems provided by stakeholders
- Work with BI and Data Engineering teams to design, develop, implement, and manage product solutions
- Complete independent research and determine best possible outcome
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to ensure work prioritization is aligned
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional related experience
- Must have previous RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) experience in healthcare
- Proficient with SQL query and SQL language
- Experience performing quality analysis for 3 or more years
- Experience with data models, data warehouses and/or reporting data stores
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, email, intranet, and internet
- Databricks platform is a plus
- Ability to diagram data flows and process maps
- Previous experience using Power BI, strongly preferred
