Job Description
Business Intelligence Analyst designing and troubleshooting reports at OCHIN. Supporting project lifecycle phases and maintaining technical documentation for Business Intelligence tools.
Responsibilities:
- Designs, develops, tests, documents, maintains, and troubleshoots reports across a broad platform of Business Intelligence tools
- Supports the full lifecycle of projects, particularly the requirements definitions, quality assurance testing, and user acceptance testing phases
- Responsible for the execution of full reporting lifecycle; from design, development, testing, documentation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Complete work towards closing tickets, including triage, research, and communication with internal and external members
- Develop and update technical documentation for reporting systems
- Lead and drive requirement gathering meetings with experts in a variety of fields, defining systems scope and objectives of business requirements
Requirements:
- Epic Cogito or Clarity Certification is required
- Minimum three years of experience in Healthcare, Information Technology, or related field preferred
- Experience with Epic Cogito suite, including Radar, Reporting Workbench, and SlicerDicer preferred
- Experience with Epic Caboodle strongly preferred
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and/or Tableau Desktop preferred
- Prior to the team interview, completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment is required
