Job Description
Senior BI Analyst leading backend AI component design at Qintess. Designing API contracts and implementing data management systems for sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, together with the squad, the design and evolution of backend AI components
- Define and standardize: API contracts (REST)
- Response structures
- Traceability and evidence
- Design and implement flows: Synchronous (e.g., real-time chat)
- Asynchronous (e.g., batch ingestion and reprocessing)
- Develop and optimize LLM inference services
- Create and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
- Manage the lifecycle of data and indices
- Continuously monitor systems
- Ensure compliance with: LGPD
- Support requirements definition and technical communication with stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field
- Hands-on experience with applied Machine Learning
- Generative AI (LLMs)
- Architectures with RAG
- Experience in production environments with: Monitoring
- Logs and metrics
- Incident management
- SLOs
- Advanced Python (for AI)
- Prompt Engineering
- NLP and embeddings
- API architecture & integration (REST)
- Service-based architectures
- Docker infrastructure
- Containerized environments (e.g., Nomad)
- GPU-based execution
- Data and Search
- Vector databases (e.g., Milvus)
- Hybrid search (e.g., Elasticsearch)
- Index modeling, metadata, and scalability
- Engineering and DevOps: Git / GitFlow / GitLab CI/CD
- Best practices for code, testing, and documentation
