Job Description
Business Intelligence Developer designing and maintaining QLIK dashboards at OneDigital. Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable insights using data visualization tools.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain QLIK dashboards, reports, and visualizations
- Build and maintain QLIK data models
- Develop data driven, informative subscription notifications for all users
- Work with analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements
- Validate data and business logic in QLIK applications
- Optimize existing QLIK apps for performance
- Support automation of recurring reports and processes
- Provide level two support for QLIK reporting
- Document QLIK applications, data flows, and key business rules
- Contribute to reporting standards, templates, and best practices
- Utilize the QLIK technology stack to integrate AI capabilities into analytics
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, reporting, or analytics
- Hands-on experience developing QLIK applications
- Proficient in Business Intelligence and reporting concepts
- Strong SQL skills for querying and validating data
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Pharmacy, Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), and/or Healthcare data preferred.
