Job Description
Business Litigation Legal Support Specialist providing legal support for litigation matters at HireHawk. Conducting legal research and managing case-related documentation remotely from LATAM.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support on business litigation matters
- Conduct legal research and analyze relevant laws and precedents
- Review, organize, and manage case materials and documentation
- Assist with litigation workflow and case development
- Support drafting, analysis, and other substantive legal tasks based on experience
- Deliver high-quality legal support with minimal supervision
- Adapt to evolving needs and assist with additional litigation-related matters as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in litigation support (business litigation strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of U.S. legal concepts, research, and litigation processes
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Demonstrated legal reasoning and analytical ability
- Comfortable working in a growing, evolving practice environment
- Strong judgment and ability to identify key issues in a case
- Ability to adapt across a variety of legal tasks
