Job Description
Part-time Business Operations Specialist improving processes, resource planning, and performance reporting. Reimagine Resources designs, installs, repairs, and maintains commercial fitness facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze service and operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and design and roll out process changes
- Review service volume, job completion times, workload patterns, and technician utilization to support resource and capacity planning
- Implement scheduling and staffing adjustments based on analysis
- Build and maintain operational KPIs, dashboards, and management reports
- Use performance metrics to drive corrective action on underperforming areas
- Analyze parts and equipment usage, lead times, shortages, and purchasing patterns
- Implement improved inventory, reorder-point, and vendor-management protocols
- Evaluate supplier and vendor performance and lead renegotiations, contract changes, or vendor transitions
- Perform operational cost and variance analysis and execute cost-reduction initiatives
- Analyze historical operational data for forecasting and business-planning decisions
- Develop and implement process maps and standardized workflows with the operations and service team
- Evaluate process changes after launch, iterate, and track adoption and results
- Prepare analytical reports for the owner and operational leadership that lead to implementation plans and assigned execution ownership
- Work closely with the owner and operations team in a part-time remote role
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Business Analytics, or a directly related quantitative field
- Demonstrated experience translating data analysis into implemented operational changes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience working with operational or business data
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and other business productivity tools
- Ability to organize and interpret data and convert findings into practical, implemented recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal oversight, exercising judgment on how and when to act
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through from analysis to execution to results

- Zero-tolerance policy for THC (including Delta-8/Hemp) and CBD; must be able to meet pre-employment and random testing requirements
