Job Description
Mid-level Business Requirements Analyst (remote) focused on eliciting and documenting functional and technical requirements. Acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, supporting testing and incident analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Lead meetings with business areas to elicit requirements and expectations.
- Translate needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Ensure that requirements align with acceptance criteria and company objectives.
- Participate in creating test scenarios together with the quality team.
- Conduct acceptance testing alongside the development team.
- Support the analysis and escalation of incidents, identifying root causes.
- Act as the liaison between business vision and technical solutions.
- Prioritize requests based on technical feasibility and business impact.
- Produce concise requirements documentation following best practices and agile methodologies.
- Foster continuous, collaborative engagement of stakeholders and involved teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- Experience with IT projects (agile and/or traditional).
- Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or SAFe.
- Ability to communicate clearly and adapt messaging for different audiences.
- Knowledge of product development and discovery techniques.
- Basic knowledge of user experience (UX).
- Familiarity with agile documentation (such as user stories).
- Knowledge of software development methodologies.
- Experience defining scope, analyzing, and describing system functionalities.
- Knowledge of network inventory and provisioning tools.
- Critical thinking, organizational skills, and ability to resolve complex problems.
- Adaptability and resilience when facing challenging scenarios.
- Experience with agile management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
- Knowledge of Design Thinking or Product Discovery practices.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary squads.
