Job Description

Call Center Representative assisting with customer inquiries, order questions, and shipping updates. Focuses on accurate documentation and issue resolution in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and assist with customer questions and requests
  • Provide order status, shipping updates, and basic product/parts guidance
  • Create and update cases/tickets and document all call notes accurately
  • Verify customer information and update contact details when needed
  • Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department
  • Follow call scripts, service standards, and compliance guidelines
  • Meet quality and productivity expectations (accuracy, professionalism, timeliness)
  • Coordinate with operations/shipping for resolution and follow-up

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year call center/customer support experience preferred
  • Comfortable using ticketing/CRM tools and navigating multiple systems
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
