Job Description
Call Center Representative assisting with customer inquiries, order questions, and shipping updates. Focuses on accurate documentation and issue resolution in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and assist with customer questions and requests
- Provide order status, shipping updates, and basic product/parts guidance
- Create and update cases/tickets and document all call notes accurately
- Verify customer information and update contact details when needed
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department
- Follow call scripts, service standards, and compliance guidelines
- Meet quality and productivity expectations (accuracy, professionalism, timeliness)
- Coordinate with operations/shipping for resolution and follow-up
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year call center/customer support experience preferred
- Comfortable using ticketing/CRM tools and navigating multiple systems
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
