Job Description

Call Center Representative providing customer service for employee benefit plans. Engaging with participants and financial advisors while ensuring high-quality support across various communication channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for customer service and processing for account-based employee benefit plans
  • Handle requests from participants, financial advisors, and plan administrators
  • Provide high quality service using phone, email or chat
  • Examine, review, process, calculate and pay claims based on information
  • Meet department and individual service levels and quality goals
  • Process financial and non-financial transactions timely and accurate

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years of call center or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel applications
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel and database applications
  • Ability to handle stressful situations regarding urgent customer needs

Benefits:
