Job Description
Call Center Representative providing customer service for employee benefit plans. Engaging with participants and financial advisors while ensuring high-quality support across various communication channels.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for customer service and processing for account-based employee benefit plans
- Handle requests from participants, financial advisors, and plan administrators
- Provide high quality service using phone, email or chat
- Examine, review, process, calculate and pay claims based on information
- Meet department and individual service levels and quality goals
- Process financial and non-financial transactions timely and accurate
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of call center or customer service experience preferred
- Ability and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel applications
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and database applications
- Ability to handle stressful situations regarding urgent customer needs
Benefits:
- 100% fully remote
- Pay rate of $19 per hour
