Job Description
Reservation Agent assisting customers with park reservations at Camis. Delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the public with reservations and answer process related questions
- Provide outstanding training in a supportive, dynamic environment
- Develop transferable skills for long-term success
- Collaborate with a diverse team
Requirements:
- 1 year of customer service experience (call center experience is a plus)
- Professional oral and written skills
- Friendly demeanor and excellent listening skills
- Patience and empathy when assisting customers
- Tactful, pleasant communication style
- Quick learner with strong computer skills
- Ability to think on your feet and communicate clearly
