Job Description
Campaign Account Support Specialist fostering strong relationships with teams and partners in biopharma services. Managing print intake, direct mail execution, and HCP service initiatives with compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams and partners
- Manage print intake, demand management, forecasting, direct mail execution, and HCP service initiatives
- Oversee print & field asset management for consumer and HCP programs across brands
- Act as primary liaison for stakeholders, managing vendor relationships and logistics
- Lead direct mail initiatives and ensure regulatory-compliant asset quality
- Support launches, conventions, and sales meetings with material planning/distribution
- Develop operational reports and implement process enhancements
- Ensure compliance with FUSE approvals, FDA submissions, and state regulations
- Manage inventory, resolve field inquiries, and partner with distribution teams
- Monitor special shipments, rework projects, and warehouse systems
- Manage escalations and participate in bi‑weekly operations meetings
- Conduct monthly inventory reviews and dashboard metrics review
- Forecast, quantity planning, and accurate destruction/re-review of materials
Requirements:
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- 5+ years fulfillment operations (DM and project implementation)
- Strong multitasking, collaboration, communication, and compliance attention
- Pharma fulfillment experience required.
