Job Description
Campaign Account Support Specialist managing fulfillment operations and HCP service initiatives. Overseeing print intake and demand management for pharma clients.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees fulfillment for Direct to Rep Programs
- Manages print intake, demand management, forecasting, and HCP service initiatives
- Collaborates on CRM setup, product launches, and inventory management
- Supports convention orders, NSM materials, and special shipments
Requirements:
- BA/BS or equivalent
- 5+ years fulfillment operations (DM, DTP, DTR)
- Expert detail management
- Strong communication
- Pharma fulfillment experience
