Job Description
Capital Markets Sales Manager leading leasing acquisition and syndication strategy for Flagstar Bank. Managing a team of professionals to drive revenue growth and enhance investor relations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy, execution, and growth of the bank’s leasing acquisition, syndications and distribution platform
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of capital markets professionals
- Oversee lease syndication and secondary market distribution ensuring alignment with risk and regulatory standards
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics to inform business strategy
Requirements:
- Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent)
- 7+ Years of experience in capital markets, equipment leasing, or structured finance
- At least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong institutional investor relationships and deal execution expertise
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
