Job Description
Senior Director of Global Partner Management at FICO overseeing vital financial services partnerships. Responsible for partnership strategy, revenue growth, and team leadership across global regions.
Responsibilities:
- Own the global partnership strategy end-to-end, setting a clear, ambitious vision for growth across all regions.
- Serve as FICO's most senior point of contact and executive sponsor for the partner, maintaining deep, trust-based relationships.
- Lead a globally distributed team of partner account managers, pre-sales specialists, and channel professionals.
- Take full ownership of the global partnership P&L, driving sustained double-digit revenue growth.
- Direct the development and execution of a comprehensive global partner business plan.
Requirements:
- A seasoned senior leader with a minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in global channel and partner management.
- Strong emphasis on software and analytic decisioning solutions within the financial services and payments sector.
- Demonstrated success managing, developing, and inspiring geographically distributed, cross-functional teams.
- Deep, established C-suite relationships within the global financial services and payments industry.
- Proven track record of owning and growing large, complex global partnerships.
