Job Description
Program Delivery Lead advancing value-based cardiology programs for CenterWell senior healthcare. Developing programs, guiding implementation, and improving provider, member, and quality outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Strategically identify, develop, and implement programs influencing providers, members, or market leadership toward value-based relationships and improved quality metrics
- Develop programs designed to drive value-based relationships
- Partner with leaders on implementation planning
- Review and communicate program results
- Advise executives on functional strategies, often segment-specific, regarding significant matters
- Exercise independent judgment and decision-making on complex issues
- Analyze variable factors and determine the best course of action
- Work under minimal supervision
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 8 or more years of technical experience
- 2 or more years of project leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office XP products (Word, Excel, Access)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- Dedicated work space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
- Internet service with minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds
- Preferred: Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Preferred: PMP certification
- Preferred: Six Sigma Certification
- Preferred: Knowledge and experience in a health care environment/managed care
- Preferred: Strong analytical skills
