Job Description

Bilingual Case Manager conducting mental health assessments via virtual interviews at TELUS Health. Collaborating with psychologists to provide tailored recommendations for health strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth, empathetic interviews with working professionals and senior executives to assess their mental wellbeing
  • Document detailed notes based on the interviews
  • Combine questionnaire responses with interview findings to produce a comprehensive, integrated wellbeing assessment
  • Produce summary reports with personalized recommendations informed by integrated data and clinical best practices
  • Collaborate closely with our team lead and our clinical psychologist

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related mental health field
  • Experience working with clients in a mental health, wellness, or counseling setting
  • Ability to conduct thorough, empathetic interviews to assess mental wellbeing
  • Proficiency in analyzing questionnaire data and integrating results into interview outcomes
  • Excellent writing skills for documenting interviews and preparing comprehensive summary reports
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in both French and English
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and caseloads effectively while maintaining strict confidentiality and professional boundaries
