Job Description

Change Manager leading enterprise change management initiatives at CSAA Insurance Group. Supporting adoption of change methodologies across various programs and ensuring effective change execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support organizational change efforts for moderate to high complexity initiatives
  • Develop change strategies and plans aligned to business goals and stakeholder needs
  • Conduct impact assessments, team member analyses, and readiness assessments
  • Identify adoption risks, resistance patterns, readiness gaps, and change-related dependencies
  • Define, monitor, track, analyze, and report on adoption, utilization, engagement, readiness, and benefit realization

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience
  • Prosci certification or equivalent change management training preferred
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Deep knowledge & proven application of change management processes and tools
  • Excellent analytical ability to conduct, interpret, and make or influence decisions based on change management data
  • Excellent facilitation skills and knowledge of effective group dynamics concepts and processes
  • Strong working knowledge of project management and other lifecycle methodologies
