Job Description
Market Chief Medical Officer driving medical leadership and operations for Honest Health. Collaborates with partners to implement value-based care and oversee clinical programs within the market.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Market General Manager and oversee all medical operations
- Provide medical leadership for various programs including diagnosis and documentation
- Engage with medical group leaders to implement value-based care
- Lead the Director of Nursing & Clinical Operations and/or Market Clinical Director
- Handle clinical issues and escalate patient complaints
- Develop relationships with external partner practices
Requirements:
- Unrestricted MD or DO state license, including board certification
- Minimum of 4 years in a medical leadership role, preferably in value-based care
- Extensive knowledge in geriatrics, chronic disease management, and palliative care
- Proficiency in coordinating and collaborating with various healthcare providers
- Reliable access to high-speed internet
- Must be able to arrange consistent travel to various work sites
- Valid driver's license and motor vehicle insurance
