Job Description
Clinical Insights Director managing oncology-focused provider programs, advisory boards, and pharmaceutical client deliverables. Leading clinical strategy, reporting, presentations, and stakeholder relationships for Cencora’s pharmaceutical solutions business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage HCP and pharmaceutical client-facing programs for Clinical Insights offerings
- Coordinate and manage workflow for specialty provider working groups, clinical impact programs, advisory boards, and clinical contracts
- Serve as clinical liaison between pharmaceutical sponsors and internal stakeholders
- Provide clinical expertise and direction for Clinical Insights offerings
- Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in oncology, urology, retina, and other specialties
- Develop discussion guides and moderate working group engagements with specialty providers
- Support working group initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Lead development and delivery of final data reports, executive summaries, and client presentations
- Collaborate with business development account leads to identify sales opportunities and prepare proposals
- Monitor project scope and take appropriate action with internal team members and clients
- Execute projects using knowledge of clients, objectives, scopes, budgets, timelines, and Cencora solutions
- Use customer feedback to improve processes and solutions
- Adhere to SOPs and company policies regarding compliance, contracting, and ethical firewalls
- Maintain a safe, secure, and legal work environment

- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Clinical oncology experience as an RN, APP, PharmD, or equivalent clinical background
- Strong oncology background and/or other specialty experience preferred
- Pharmaceutical industry or consulting experience is a plus
- Additional specialty certification highly desired
- Completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Minimum of 8+ years of progressively responsible related experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of a specialized field, sufficient to teach others
- Experience developing and implementing healthcare provider-based programs
- Medical writing experience and ability to present scientific, clinical, and technical information
- Strong oral, written, interpersonal, relationship-building, analytical, organizational, and group presentation skills
- Good virtual/on-camera presence
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work within and across teams
- Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, with demonstrated industry or consulting success
- Ability to work independently with sound judgment
- Strong ability to work independently in a remote-based environment
- Ability to travel approximately 5-10 times per year
