Job Description
City Manager indépendant développant le réseau ALB de gestion locative courte durée en Guadeloupe. Acquisition de biens, pilotage opérationnel et optimisation des revenus propriétaires.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the network’s local representative in your city and surrounding areas
- Grow the business in your territory by onboarding new properties for management
- Manage apartments, houses, villas, chalets, and unique accommodations
- Oversee cleaning, maintenance, check-ins/check-outs, and guest relations
- Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
- Build and manage a local network of service providers
- Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System
- Optionally recruit your own City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity
Requirements:
- Independent contractor / freelance status
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships
- Motivation and willingness to build a recurring, long-term income
- Independent working style, with the ability to leverage a structured network
- Experience in real estate, sales, or another industry accepted
- No investment required
