Job Description
City Manager développant un secteur de conciergerie locative courte durée pour ALB Conciergerie. Gestion des biens, optimisation des revenus et animation du réseau local de prestataires.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the local market by bringing new properties under management
- Manage the local property portfolio as your own business
- Oversee operations: cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations
- Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
- Build and manage a local network of service providers
- Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Holiday System
- Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity
Requirements:
- Ability to persuade property owners and build relationships based on trust
- Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome
- Entrepreneurial motivation and independence
- Desire to build a long-term recurring income
- Independent contractor status
