Job Description
Client Delivery Leader driving recruitment outsourcing services for talent acquisition clients. Leading recruiting teams, client delivery plans, reporting, process improvements, and candidate pipeline programs.
Responsibilities:
- Execute services to drive client retention and success
- Lead teams of recruiters, phone interviewers, and administrative staff to service client needs
- Develop and execute recruitment plans focused on client outcomes, attracting talent, process efficiency, and retention
- Build and drive plans to meet account and organizational goals
- Manage and document client-requested process changes and communicate them to the team
- Design or recommend new or updated processes and team configurations
- Anticipate and minimize partnership risks
- Prepare for and participate in project reviews with clients and senior management
- Facilitate regular client status meetings
- Develop and deliver client and management reporting
- Lead recruiting operations, including sourcing, screening, and coordination
- Manage day-to-day team performance against goals and objectives
- Interview, hire, coach, manage, and develop employees; plan, assign, and direct work
- Lead and deliver team meetings and partner with leadership on business reviews
- Define and communicate individual and team metrics
- Manage programs, events, and campaigns to build candidate pipelines and drive recruiting strategy
- Serve as frontline escalation point for client and recruiter issues; escalate as appropriate
- Provide expertise on technology systems and tools
- Communicate relevant project information to leadership
- Escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another complementary field
- Minimum of five years' results-oriented leadership experience in recruiting
- Strong understanding of the overall recruitment process
- Sound judgment, data management, and reporting experience
- Ability to handle complex information and client requests
- Previous supervisory experience required
- Experience leading virtual and on-site teams in a corporate talent acquisition function, in-house or in an RPO environment
- Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
