Job Description

Remote Client Enrollment Specialist converting inbound inquiries into therapy and psychiatry appointments. Guiding prospective clients through consultative enrollment for Thriveworks’ online and in-person mental health services.

Responsibilities:

  • Convert inbound inquiries into scheduled appointments through consultative sales techniques
  • Build trust quickly by understanding each prospective client's unique needs, concerns, and goals
  • Guide prospective clients through the decision-making process using empathy, active listening, and solution-oriented conversations
  • Communicate the value of Thriveworks' mental health services
  • Ask for commitment and confidently close enrollment opportunities
  • Use proven sales techniques to overcome objections while maintaining a compassionate, client-first approach
  • Recommend alternative providers, appointment options, or services when the client's preferred choice is unavailable
  • Maximize conversion opportunities while ensuring each client receives an exceptional experience
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales and quality metrics, including conversion rate, intakes, appointment show rate, revenue contribution, QA, scheduled adherence, and productivity

Requirements:

  • Sales experience is required
  • Demonstrated success in a high-volume sales environment, preferably inside sales, phone sales, healthcare, digital health, or a similar industry
  • Proven ability to influence, persuade, overcome objections, and close sales
  • Strong customer service and call center experience required
  • Experience in mental health or healthcare preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional listening, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally and empathetically with a diverse range of clients
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems while actively engaging with clients
  • High proficiency with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Gmail
  • Experience with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, preferred
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team environment
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving organization and changing business needs
  • Must have a designated, quiet workspace that allows for client confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA requirements
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and ability to meet the technology requirements of a remote call center environment
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire
  • Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship, either now or in the future
