Job Description

Client Enrollment Specialist converting inbound inquiries into appointments for Thriveworks’ online and in-person mental health services. Guiding prospective U.S. clients through empathetic consultative sales conversations.

Responsibilities:

  • Convert inbound inquiries into scheduled appointments through consultative sales techniques
  • Build trust by understanding prospective clients’ needs, concerns, and goals
  • Guide prospective clients through the decision-making process using empathy, active listening, and solution-oriented conversations
  • Communicate the value of Thriveworks’ mental health services
  • Ask for commitment and close enrollment opportunities
  • Overcome objections while maintaining a compassionate, client-first approach
  • Recommend alternative providers, appointment options, or services when preferred choices are unavailable
  • Maximize conversion opportunities while ensuring an exceptional client experience
  • Achieve or exceed sales and quality metrics, including conversion rate, intakes, appointment show rate, revenue contribution, QA, scheduled adherence, and productivity

Requirements:

  • Sales experience is required
  • Demonstrated success in a high-volume sales environment, preferably inside sales, phone sales, healthcare, digital health, or a similar industry
  • Proven ability to influence, persuade, overcome objections, and close sales
  • Strong customer service and call center experience required
  • Experience in mental health or healthcare preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional listening, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally and empathetically with diverse clients
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems while engaging with clients
  • High proficiency with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Gmail
  • Experience with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, preferred
  • Ability to work independently and contribute effectively to a team environment
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving organization and changing business needs
  • Must have a designated, quiet workspace supporting client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
  • Reliable high-speed internet and ability to meet remote call-center technology requirements
  • Availability for Center of Excellence operating hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–12:00 am EST; Saturday–Sunday, 8:00 am–6:00 pm EST
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire
  • Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future
