Job Description
Remote Client Relations Representative providing customer service and maintaining client relationships for Blyss Journeys. Managing service coordination and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide consistent, professional customer service and client support
- Respond to client inquiries and service requests promptly
- Consult with clients to identify needs, goals, and service expectations
- Coordinate schedules, confirmations, and service-related documentation
- Research options and present appropriate solutions to clients
- Handle changes, updates, and alternative arrangements with accuracy
- Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams
- Keep detailed, organized records to support service delivery
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must reside in the U.S. or Mexico (preferred)
- Reliable internet connection and computer
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Dependable and self-directed
