Job Description

Remote Client Relations Representative providing customer service and maintaining client relationships for Blyss Journeys. Managing service coordination and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide consistent, professional customer service and client support
  • Respond to client inquiries and service requests promptly
  • Consult with clients to identify needs, goals, and service expectations
  • Coordinate schedules, confirmations, and service-related documentation
  • Research options and present appropriate solutions to clients
  • Handle changes, updates, and alternative arrangements with accuracy
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams
  • Keep detailed, organized records to support service delivery

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must reside in the U.S. or Mexico (preferred)
  • Reliable internet connection and computer
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Dependable and self-directed
