Job Description
Remote Client Services Assistant supporting customers by answering questions and organizing requests. Providing training and ongoing support to succeed in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary contact for customer questions and requests
- Communicate clearly and professionally via email, phone, and messaging platforms
- Assist with scheduling, updates, and special requests
- Review client needs and help identify appropriate options
- Maintain accurate records and track open items through completion
- Follow up to ensure requests are resolved and clients feel supported
