Job Description
Client Services Coordinator providing essential support to the Account Management team. Assists with scheduling, candidate communications, and managing administrative tasks in a remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Account Managers by scheduling locum providers and processing timecards/expenses
- Act as a liaison between clients, agencies, and the internal team
- Organize phone screens and ensure schedules are updated accurately
- Keep inboxes organized and respond to client and agency emails promptly
- Handle issues effectively and maintain a positive company image
- Work closely with the Account Management team, keeping them informed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in healthcare recruiting or a related field
- Strong written communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with various financial and business applications
