Job Description

Senior strategic advisor managing Enterprise accounts in financial analytics at RapidRatings. Shaping client program strategy, leading reviews, and driving program success for profitable customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Own a named portfolio of Enterprise accounts as the senior strategic advisor
  • Shape and evolve client program strategy
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and working sessions
  • Translate Financial Health Rating (FHR) and portfolio insights into actionable recommendations
  • Advise clients on best practices for supplier engagement and risk governance
  • Manage the renewal cycle including pricing strategy and contract structuring
  • Identify and qualify expansion opportunities
  • Carry and achieve quarterly and annual targets for gross revenue retention
  • Anticipate and address risks to program success
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Operations teams

Requirements:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in a senior client-facing advisory, consulting, or Enterprise Customer Success role, preferably in B2B SaaS, financial services, risk management, or supply chain
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
  • Domain fluency in supply chain risk, third-party risk, procurement, or financial analytics
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to lead working sessions
  • Proven track record of driving gross revenue retention
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical rigor and comfort with quantitative inputs
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
