Job Description

Client Success Manager helping SeatGeek’s sports and entertainment clients grow revenue through ticketing technology. Driving adoption, strategic outcomes, renewals, and fan experience improvements through data and client partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic partner to sports and entertainment clients, aligning SeatGeek’s technology with business goals to drive revenue growth and deliver win/win solutions
  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and key decision-makers across client organizations
  • Identify and execute opportunities across product adoption, commercial improvement, and fan experience
  • Lead internal and external business reviews and deliver insights supporting renewals, adoption, and client success
  • Generate client advocacy through case studies, referrals, and industry exposure
  • Manage daily communication, resolve issues, and build trust across a portfolio of clients, including complex accounts
  • Travel to client events as needed, up to 25–30%, to support client engagement
  • Analyze product usage, sales, and financial data using Looker, Excel, Google Suite, and internal reporting tools
  • Lead internal projects across departments to support client and team-wide requirements and influence roadmaps
  • Contribute to forecasting, onboarding, and scaling client success operations

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in a client-facing role such as customer success, account management, consulting, or partnerships in a SaaS, tech, or entertainment setting
  • Track record of driving client outcomes and improving business performance and revenue results through data
  • Experience presenting to and building relationships with leadership-level internal and external partners
  • Deep understanding of commercial and financial aspects of companies and how to impact the P&L
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and speak to both clients and product teams
  • Confidence working with data
  • Willingness to travel to client locations and events regularly, approximately 25–30%
  • Experience in sports or ticketing is a plus
  • Experience with Looker, Google Suite, other reporting tools, or AI is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
