Job Description

Client Success Manager working with clinical leaders and partners to improve ACO performance metrics. Engaging clients and ensuring exceptional service delivery while managing key performance reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional client service
  • Manage engagement activities to align with ACO goals
  • Coordinate partner success meetings
  • Prepare monthly performance reports
  • Collaborate with various teams for improvement opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field is preferred
  • 4 years of experience with business development, healthcare program management and/or clinical case management
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project.
