Job Description

Client Success Specialist responsible for onboarding clients, coordinating configurations, and delivering training at a remote-first PR solutions company. Ensuring clients achieve value quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the first 2–4 months of the customer journey
  • Turn client PR objectives into a clear onboarding plan
  • Coordinate configuration with the Product Support team
  • Lead all client-facing calls and trainings
  • Deliver tailored trainings and track engagement
  • Document and hand-off to the Account Manager
  • Collaborate with Support, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Account Management

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree (Public Relations, Communications, Media, or related field preferred)
  • 1–2 years in SaaS onboarding/implementation, customer support/success, or Account Management roles
  • Strong discovery and communication skills
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot configuration issues
  • Fluent in English; French or Spanish is an asset
