Job Description
Client Success Specialist responsible for onboarding clients, coordinating configurations, and delivering training at a remote-first PR solutions company. Ensuring clients achieve value quickly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Own the first 2–4 months of the customer journey
- Turn client PR objectives into a clear onboarding plan
- Coordinate configuration with the Product Support team
- Lead all client-facing calls and trainings
- Deliver tailored trainings and track engagement
- Document and hand-off to the Account Manager
- Collaborate with Support, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Account Management
Requirements:
- Post-secondary diploma or degree (Public Relations, Communications, Media, or related field preferred)
- 1–2 years in SaaS onboarding/implementation, customer support/success, or Account Management roles
- Strong discovery and communication skills
- Proven ability to troubleshoot configuration issues
- Fluent in English; French or Spanish is an asset
