Job Description
Remote Client Support Advisor responsible for assisting clients throughout the coordination process. Communicating preferences, organizing service details, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to understand preferences, needs, and timelines
- Coordinate reservations and verify all details for accuracy
- Prepare clear confirmations and maintain organized documentation
- Manage updates, changes, or schedule adjustments as needed
- Maintain accurate digital records and tracking systems
- Provide responsive, professional customer service throughout the process
Requirements:

- Access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
