Job Description
Provide accounting-focused client support and guidance on reconciliations, trial balances, and statutory/ancillary filings. Log and follow up on requests, identify inconsistencies, and collaborate to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide client support focused on accounting-related inquiries;
- Advise on accounting entries and reconciliations;
- Assist with analysis of trial balances and financial statements;
- Clarify questions regarding tax and ancillary filing obligations;
- Identify and correct accounting inconsistencies;
- Ensure quality and clarity in the guidance provided;
- Log and follow up on support requests.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of general accounting principles;
- Familiarity with tax and ancillary filing obligations;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Analytical mindset;
- Experience providing accounting-related client support;
- Knowledge of ERP and accounting systems;
- Experience working in an accounting firm;
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Accounting or Business Administration.
